Space?
Change takes energy, time, resources, attention, man-hours, training, effort. So, if you want something to happen, you have to make space for it. (Called timeliness by Henning-Showkeir.) NO space, nothing will happen — well something happens actually, frustration, wasted effort and low moral. So — make space.
